Ordering Information

We ship internationally! There is no minimum order.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday.

Call, fax, or email contact@laebio.com about the products that you are interested in. To order, you can fill out an online order form or download a copy of the fax order form, and fax it to us. We will send you an invoice with your order total and any tax or shipping fees.

We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Wire Transfers. For credit card orders we will send you our credit card order form. Once you have filled out the form, you can fax it back to us with your authorization.We will ship out your order immediately upon receipt of your payment.

In order for us to deliver your merchandise as soon as possible we ask that you complete all of the information accurately. Once you have submitted your order, and we have received your payment, your order will be shipped out immediately.

Shipping                                                           
Most products are shipped with "dry ice" packs in insulated containers. There is a small fee for this type of packaging. Please ask about estimated shipping fee when you order. We ship on Mondays through Thursdays. We use FedEx on all our shipments. Any taxes will be billed to your billing account.  

All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx. Shipping fees depend on the weight of the package and your location. You can usually expect delivery within the next business day after receipt of your payment. You can also call, fax, or email us for more information about these services.

We have most of our products stocked in US. However, some products may ship from Taipei, Taiwan. Please inspect packages immediately after you receive them and inform Customer Service of any shortage or damage within 48 hours. We will only accept returns after we have given the authorization and issued specific shipping instructions.

Sorry, there are no free samples available. In order to maintain no minimums and reduced prices for all our customers, we do not honor free sample requests.
 

Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock on specific products. This is due in part to a surge in orders for a specific item, improper inventory estimates, and products that may get revoked or discarded because of quality control issues. We are committed to your satisfaction. Thus we are continuously revoking, removing or discarding materials that we feel are inferior. We apologize for any inconveniences regarding out of stock items since we are sometimes obliged to issue such statements on your invoice. In the event that you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we simply ask that you reorder at a later date, usually within 1-2 weeks.

Backorders
Occasionally we run short of stock on specific items and issue "Backorders". This occurs when you were charged and invoiced for a specific product, but once the order enters the warehouse for fulfillment we find that the item is temporarily unavailable. When this happens we will issue a backorder notice that indicates that your item will ship once our stock replenishes. Fulfilling backorders generally takes 1-2 weeks.
